About the team
Hertfordshire County Council Services for Young People is the primary provider of youth work, career education information advice guidance and work-related learning in Hertfordshire. Our vision for young people is clear. We want young people to succeed, and by working for us you'll be key to enable this to happen.
We work with vulnerable young people to address emerging needs, improve life chances, and reduce escalation to more expensive and intensive services. This includes supporting those challenged in education, their community or home life, to ensure a successful transition to adulthood. The young people we work with are typically 11-17 and 18 to 25 if they are Care Leavers or have SEND.
Senior Admin Support Officers
£26,835 progressing to £30,060 per annum
X1 Full Time in St Albans and Dacorum district; your base location will be Apsley, Hemel Hempstead.
X1 Full Time in North Herts and Stevenage district; your base location will be Farnham House, Stevenage.
Admin Support Officer
£24,404 progressing to £25,584 per annum (pro rata for part time)
X1 Part Time 18.5hours per week in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere district; your base location will be Apsley, Hemel Hempstead.

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible people who work well as part of a team to support the full offer to young people at one of our Young People's Centres.
Senior Admin Support Officer
This role will see you provide a full range of administrative and office duties to a high standard including updating, improving and managing computer databases, spreadsheets and management information systems, answering phone and email queries, processing invoices and timesheets and managing a small staff team.
There will be some front of house/reception duties in our Young People's Centres
