Temporary Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Nursery

We are excited to invite applications for a passionate and motivated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated nursery team. As a school, we are committed to providing an outstanding educational experience for all our children, and we are looking for an individual who shares our vision for excellence in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports each child's development.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play, tailored to the needs of individual children.
• Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, fostering a nurturing atmosphere.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to child development and progress.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (Full and relevant DfE qualification).
• A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also demonstrating initiative and leadership when required.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and current educational best practices.

The Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short group activity as part of the interview. This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your teaching skills and how you engage with children.
