The role will also oversee the development of other outdoor learning initiatives including Forest School. As a teacher/instructor you may also have a tutor group and deliver a small number of lessons such as PSHE/Prep for Adulthood/Life Skills etc. You will plan, assess, and deliver all lessons with an emphasis on practical learning and personal development.</p>\n<p>About you:</p>\n<p>You will be a qualified (QTS/QTLS) teacher or have comparable experience in the subject field, ideally, with experience of working in a special education setting with children with social, emotional, and mental health needs and other complex needs.
