As Electrical Supervisor for the North East Neighbourhood you will be covering Havering, Redbridge and Essex.</p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is focused on the customer and delivering a right first-time service working to compliance and regulations.</p>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate that has proven Electrical experience, held, or had experience as a QS within an accredited scheme such as NICEIC, ELECSA, ECA and a good knowledge of working within a varied housing stock. Working in a domestic environment.</p>\n<p>You will be an experienced electrical tester and have good knowledge and understanding of Inspection, testing and verification of electrical installations & certification.</p>\n<p>Understand the Electricity at Work Regulations, current edition of BS 7671, and the Codes of Practice and guidance documents relevant to the range of electrical work undertaken.</p>\n<p>You will have good knowledge and understanding of health, safety & compliance requirements.</p>\n<p>You will also have a good understanding of national schedule of rates as well as a good understanding of budgets and cost effectiveness.</p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is able to lead, manage, motivate and challenge others to deliver against defined objectives in a demanding customer facing environment, including the management of contracts and the relationship with sub-contractors.</p>\n<p>To be considered for the role, you will have:</p>\n<p>·       Core Technical Competence, All electrical Works (Table 4C)</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Route1 – Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship, or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p>(Inc. End Point Assessment as required)</p>\n<p>-or-</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Route 2 – Older Qualifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p>(Inc. End Point Assessment as required)</p>\n<p>-or-</p>\n<ul>\n<li> Route 3 – Experienced Worker</li>\n</ul>\n<p>(Inc.
