Pastoral Lead

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated

Pastoral Lead (Head of College).

 

37 hours; Term-time + 4 weeks

(Additional weeks to be worked flexibly throughout the year to discharge the responsibilities of the post) Hours 8.00 am – 4.00 pm.

 

Grade 9; SCP 28-31; £35,252 - £38,461 p.a. (actual salary)

[Whole year £37,938 - £40,476 p.a.]

 

A rare opportunity has arisen to join our successful pastoral team as a Head of College. Do you have the skills and experience to engage with and support young people in our high achieving school? 

 

Our strong pastoral team comprising four Heads of College provides welfare and guidance to students.  Removing barriers to learning and ensuring that each child maximises their potential in a safe and secure environment.

 

Applicants must be able to inspire our students and understand and respond to the safeguarding challenges facing young people and their families today.  This is a highly rewarding but demanding role; applicants must be prepared to work hard, be flexible and be a team player.  A background in education is not a requirement.
