We are seeking to appoint to appoint an exceptionally well-qualified and talented Business Support and Compliance Manger to ensure that SPW is complaint regarding examinations, health and safety, facilities management and IT.
As the Business Support and Compliance Manger you will be responsible for:
- To ensure SPW is compliant regarding examinations regulations laid down by the awarding bodies
- To ensure SPW is compliant regarding Health and Safety requirements
- To ensure SPW is compliant regarding facilities management requirements
- To ensure SPW is compliant regarding information management requirement
The successful candidate for this role as Business Support and Compliance Manger should:
- Have GCSE A*-C English and Maths
- Have experience working in secondary school environment.
- Be able to adapt to changing priorities in a pressurised environment.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience coordinating and managing a variety of staff.
- Have sound organisation and time management skills with an attention to detail.
- NVQ III or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
