You will be on the frontline of an approach that improves behaviours, relationships, confidence, aspirations, employability, living conditions as well as mental and physical health.</p>\n<p>You will be required to be a team player who has a flexible approach, as well as having excellent time management and record keeping skills, and be willing to work on a shift basis which can include evenings, weekends and bank holidays when required,</p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>Provide flexible outreach support to young people living in family homes, foster placements. Provide proactive and persistent support to placements, including maintaining key relationships with families.</p>\n<p>Flexible attitude to hours of work, including sleep-ins and covering service needs across the range of placement options.</p>\n<p>Provide tools and strategies to young people and carers in regard to behaviour management, emotional resilience and coping strategies</p>\n<p>Possession of a current and valid driving licence. Ability to meet the travel needs of the post.
