The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the SEN team meets their responsibilities under the CFA 2014, whilst providing a service of the highest standards which improves outcomes for children young people with SEND. The post holder will lead and support a dynamic, dedicated and committed team and oversee the day to day running of the service. The successful candidate will be passionate, driven and highly knowledgeable related to SEN matters and legislation. You will also be experienced in the continued development and delivery of high quality services, ensuring you lead, manage and motivate staff ensuring legal compliance as well as a positive experience for our families of young people with SEND.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>You will be responsible for managing the SEN Team which includes, SEN Senior Officers and Case Officers.
