This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an inspirational and ambitious team with a strong vision.</p>\n<p><strong>Applicants should:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a commitment to supporting all pupils and an understanding of the needs of pupils with SEMH</li>\n<li>Have at least a Level 2 qualification in both Maths and English.</li>\n<li>Be able to use their own initiative, be passionate and work well as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Enjoy challenging, supporting and motivating pupils and believe in our core purpose.</li>\n<li>Be highly motivated and have passion, integrity and enthusiasm to work as part of a cohesive team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PRIMARY BEHAVIOUR AND LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (SEN)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>33 hours per week, term-time only plus staff training days, Salary scale C1 (£23,983-£29,777) pro rata + Special Needs Allowance of £1,455</strong></p>\n<p>The Rowans Primary Provision opened in September 2023 and expanded this year to take up to 24 children. The Primary SEN provision caters for pupils who have an Education, Health and Care Plan with their main need being Social, Emotional and Mental Health.</p>\n<p>The school is currently in a temporary purpose-built provision on the site of The Rowans AP Academy and the school benefits from sharing the resources of the secondary provision.</p>\n<p>Currently there are four classes of pupils who benefit from a creative and personalised curriculum and a trauma informed approach from all staff.
