What will I be doing?

- Managing staff rotas for marriage and civil partnership, ensuring efficient deployment of resources
- Lead and support a team of ceremony officers in the delivery of a consistently high standard of service
- Liaising with customers and stakeholders to achieve smooth and attainable operational outcomes
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Confident nature and comfortable with public speaking
- Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Keen eye for detail
