The Role:
The Lime Hub, formerly Lime Court, provides day services for people who have a learning or physical disability.
The service is designed to meet the needs of adults with more complex needs through individual Reablement/Support/Care Plans. A programme of structured comprehensive interventions will include health, social and therapeutic activities, supervision and support services, personal care, reablement, palliative and end of life care.
The role of a Reablement Assistant is pivotal in delivering the aims of the service as they provide the direct support to all service users attending.
- You will provide support 1-1 or in a group situation with onsite and community-based activities
- Provide support with specific therapy led programmes such as Hydrotherapy (exercise in a heated pool) and Rebound Therapy (supporting service users to move on a trampoline)
- Provide direct support with all elements of personal care
