Qualified Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Nurse.</li>\n<li>Professional registration - SWE/HCPC or NMC</li>\n<li>Understanding of social care legislation</li>\n<li>Management/leadership experience</li>\n<li>Experience in operational management in similar role or equivalent / leadership level</li>\n<li>Ability to support 7 day per week service delivery by participating on a hospital weekend on call rota 1 in 6 weekends</li>\n</ul><strong>Desirable</strong><ul>\n<li>Team or Service Manager experience in operational Services</li>\n<li>Car driver and access to a car (unless disability prevents this)</li>\n</ul>We welcome applications from candidates who currently reside in the UK with established proof of right to work documentation.
