We are a value-based employer seeking enthusiastic experienced Team Manager.</p>\n<p>Our Team Managers here at Brent use a strength-based approach to promote the independence, interest and rights of our residents and their families and Carers.</p>\n<p>The Assessment and Wellbeing Teams provide a supportive service applying preventative, enabling, proactive and strength-based approach. The teams support with medium to a longer-term social work support and interventions, along with safeguarding enquiries, reassessments and reviews.</p>\n<div>The Person</div>\n<p>As the Team Manager you will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead by example.  you will also have excellent social care practice and a commitment to a strength-based approach to service delivery. As a team manager you will be an inclusive leader, with strong legal literacy, with a solution focussed approach, possessing the skills and qualities to motivate and inspire your team.</p>\n<p>You will have strong communication skills with your team, senior managers, colleagues and partners across the health and social care sector as well third sector organisations.</p>\n<p>You will have substantial post-qualification experience with a Social Work/Occupational Therapist qualification and be registered with Social Work England/HCPC accordingly.</p>\n<p>You will have knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, standards and procedures, relevant theoretical frameworks, practice models, reflective supervision that impact on practice within your team and the wider service.
