The young people we work with are typically 11-17 and 18 to 25 if they are Care Leavers or have SEND. <br><br><b>About the role</b><br><br>We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible people who work well as part of a team to support the full offer to young people at one of our Young People's Centres.<br><br>This role will see you provide a full range of administrative and office duties to a high standard including updating, improving and managing computer databases, spreadsheets and management information systems, answering phone and email queries, processing invoices and timesheets and managing a small staff team. <br><br>There will be some front of house/reception duties in our Young People's Centres.<br><br><b>About you</b><br><br> <strong>Essential</strong>:<ul>\n<li> Ability to travel to centres across Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere or North Herts & Stevenage. </li>\n<li> Line management experience </li>\n<li> Customer service experience </li>\n<li> Highly organised and ability to prioritise your workload </li>\n<li> Confidence in working in a range of settings </li>\n<li> Ability to use own initiative </li>\n<li> Good IT skills </li>\n<li> Good verbal and written communication skills </li>\n<li> Experience of dealing with a high level of confidentiality </li>\n<li> Patience and accuracy is key in being able to deliver this role </li>\n</ul>We welcome applications from candidates who currently reside in the UK with established proof of right to work documentation.
