About the role
You may already have experience in providing a high quality, customer focussed and responsive service. We are here to help improve and support our residents’ quality of life and ensure that the estates are clean, safe and secure. You’ll prioritise your work to support our tenants in solving problems and concerns.
We take pride in the work we do, making sure our buildings and surrounding areas are clean, safe and meet high quality standards.
As a response operative, you will carry out a varied selection of tasks which will include lock changing, minor repairs, light bulb changing as well as responding to emergency tasks. You will need to have a full UK driving license.
You’ll be working in a team that is dedicated to empowering people to live well and thrive, supported by our city-wide work on fairness, inclusion, and engagement.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
