About the team...
We are a dedicated and fast paced team working across three Family Hubs and a Youth Hub. We work closely with schools, Children's Social Care, Health Services and the Third Sector, to contribute to the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families. You will have a big impact on what we do and you will be trusted to take ownership of your work. The role is varied, fast paced, sometimes challenging with the opportunity to develop creative and innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities...
- To provide a well organised and efficient business support to the service.
- To support users of the family and youth hubs and signpost them to other professionals/agencies when required.
- To maintain the accuracy of office and council systems including data input, minute taking, hub room bookings and financial records.
- To ensure services are advertised, promoted and updated through digital means.
- To be part of the service’s duty system which includes responding to telephone, online and in person enquiries.
- To support and maintain a clean, warm, safe and welcoming environment within all hubs.
