maybe this wonderful opportunity is for you.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have experience of working with children with SEND in an education setting</li>\n<li>Experience of leading / supporting intervention sessions</li>\n<li>Ability to work constructively as part of a team , understanding staff roles and responsibilities and own position alongside these roles</li>\n<li>Have knowledge and understanding of inclusion within every aspect of the school and classroom</li>\n<li>Have a sense of humour, optimism and team
