Collaboration is essential, working as part of the HR Team aligned with strategic goals and ensuring compliance with all relevant Council policies and procedures for OD/L&amp;D/EDI processes.</p>\n<p><strong>About You</strong></p>\n<p>The successful applicant will have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a senior HR/OD role with people management experience.</li>\n<li>Experience in using a range of OD Diagnostic tools to scope stakeholder requirements.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing multiple OD and L&amp;D Projects in a constantly changing environment.</li>\n<li>Experience of working in uncertainty and role modelling effective leadership behaviours</li>\n<li>Has experience in using psychometric tools.
