These values keep us looking forward, ambitious for the future, and continuously striving to do our very best for all of our residents.</p>\n<h3>About the role</h3>\n<p>The Finance Business Partner will support a portfolio of services in providing high&nbsp;quality strategic and operational advice to managers, the senior leadership team in&nbsp;those services and to the lead cabinet member. In this key role you will be able to&nbsp;pre-empt financial risks and issues, devising mitigation and solutions. The&nbsp;Finance Business Partner will play a key role in support of the Directorate and the&nbsp;Head of Finance in the development of Council’s Medium Term Financial&nbsp;Strategy. This role covers Children’s &amp; Young People Services.</p>\n<h3>About you</h3>\n<p>You will have an extensive working knowledge of Children’s and Young Peoples Services or can demonstrate transferable skills having worked in another area that would enable you to operate in a&nbsp;business partnering model to deliver high quality support.
