At Notting Hill Genesis, we're looking for a passionate Resident Engagement Manager to join our team and make a real difference in our communities. This role is crucial in embedding a diverse and inclusive approach to resident engagement and delivering excellent insight that drives the customer experience.
What you'll do
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering our resident involvement and engagement strategy, providing a wide range of opportunities for all residents to get involved at a community level. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Resident Engagement team to create a culture of innovation and self-sufficiency
- Overseeing capacity building activities for residents at a local level
- Delivering a diverse programme of resident engagement activities across NHG neighbourhoods

- Manage the Resident Engagement team in line with NHG's 'our expectations' role requirements
- Create a culture of accountability and responsiveness while delivering high-quality outputs
- Deliver engagement activities underpinned by housing regulations such as the Tenant Empowerment Standard
- Work proactively and collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Seek out opportunities to build relationships and gather local insight
- Be willing to work evenings and weekends as required to meet the role's expectations

- Experience in managing staff, projects, and budgets
- A track record of leading and delivering in a high-pressured, resident-focused environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience working with residents to deliver service improvements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build rapport with residents and internal/external stakeholders
