Teaching Assistant

A rare opportunity has arisen to join Lordswood School. 
 
We are looking for: 
 
➢ A teaching assistant with recent experience of working within a primary school setting 
➢ Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent 
➢ A high level of written and spoken English 
➢ Experience of SEN interventions 
➢ High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour. 
➢ Commitment to supporting staff and pupils in raising standards 
➢ Excellent organisational skills 
➢ Keen to work as part of a team. 
➢ Ability to work on own initiative 
➢ An effective communicator. 
➢ A positive attitude and a commitment to participating in the wider aspects of school life such as special events
