ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst to help us drive these crucial areas and ensure the smooth, secure, and scalable operation of our IT systems.

Working with the ICT Infrastructure team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security protocols. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring a high level of availability, performance, and security across all systems.

About you 
As a motivated and dedicated officer with demonstrable experience in working within an ICT Infrastructure environment:  
•    Be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
•    Design, deploy, and maintain networks, servers, storage, and cloud systems.
•    Enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
•    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act quickly under pressure

This role is subject to a DBS check.  You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
