Transformation and change is a significant strand to the Council Plan and the postholder will ensure that the key financial systems are updated, developed and replaced as the business need requires.\nLocal government reorganisation is being encouraged by central government. Lancashire have not opted to apply for the fast track route which means that the council should remain sovereign until at least 1 April 2028.
