As a key support with the North East London region, you'll play a vital role working closely with our local housing teams to ensure we deliver on our promises. You'll be providing admin support, supporting with case management, managing internal and external requests, and making sure our colleagues and customers feel supported. To be successful in this role, you will be required to work from the Westminster Bridge Road office two days per week, moving to the Hugh Cubitt office later in the year.
With a focus on providing a 'right first time' approach, you'll help with everything from mailouts, ensure incoming post is managed efficiently, orders are raised and supplier payments are processed, supporting with administration of cases to leading on certain case types with a particular focus on keys and fob request, mutual exchanges, tenancy change requests and supporting with succession and assignments. Your attention to detail and organisation will help ensure that records are kept accurate and up-to-date reducing the administrative burden on the wider team.

Could it be you?
To be a success in this role, you're:
- experienced in working in a customer facing role.
- experienced in providing business administration support to front line teams.
- experienced in case management and case administration.
- a strong communicator, both written and verbally.
- highly organised with strong IT skills including Microsoft packages.
- able to demonstrate experience of applying housing policy and procedures and case management of tenancy change processes and mutual (desirable).
- experienced in using bespoke housing and document storage systems (NEC, CRM, IPOS, Swordfish, EDMS, Drop Box) (desirable).
