Continually seeking opportunities to learn, educate and share information and ideas through your training and development whilst working within a diverse community by seeking opportunities to educate yourself on differences.<br><br><b>About you</b><ul>\n<li>You have the ability to interpret data and produce performance reports.</li>\n<li>Experience of managing multi-agency relationships.</li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm under pressure, plan, prioritise and organise workloads to meet targets and deadlines.</li>\n<li>You are a clear, confident and effective communicator who is able to adapt communication style as appropriate to audience.</li>\n<li>Have the ability to confidently challenge existing practices, support change and feel comfortable at doing so with managers and staff.</li>\n<li>Experience in identifying and implementing workable solutions to problems and being able to take the lead in resolving issues by setting business focused solutions.</li>\n<li>Have previous experience providing training programmes and presenting information to different levels of stakeholders.</li>\n</ul><br><br>This job role is within the Community Services, level COM9 job profile.
