About the team
Are you an experienced Application Analyst with over 2 years' experience in administering and support applications? We are looking for someone who will be part of the Digital Services team to help provide administration, development and support for our key applications.
You will be working for the Digital Services team who support all applications, infrastructure and communications equipment for Community Protection Directorate (CPD) and Fire Collaboration (FC). We provide mission critical application and system support for the Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service 24x7x365 days for the purpose of mobilising fire engines and fire crews

About the role
Your role will include:
- Understanding the applications used with Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue
- Provide administration for HFRS applications
- Develop processes and create Quickscreens in HTML and CSS where required
- Work and liaise with users, 3rd party providers, stakeholders and other team members to resolve technical issues and problems which have been escalated to you
- Ensure support documentation is created and updated
- Provide training to Digital Services team and user base
- Providing Paid out of Hours cover on a rota basis

- Microsoft Windows OS
- Microsoft Office\\365 Support
- Software Installation and configuration
- Active Directory \\ Entra ID
- Visual Studio
- SQL Server\\ Database experience (use of SQL)
- Service Management tools (Such as Assyst, Service Now)
- Full UK driving licence
- Microsoft Technologies (such as Azure, Intune)
- Experience Supporting in house and 3rd Party software
- ITIL Framework (Foundation Level)
- PowerShell
- Community Fire Risk Management Information System (CFRMIS)
