What You’ll Be Doing/ How You’ll Be Involved
As a Neighbourhood Services Manager you will play a significant role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations within a defined area.
You be a role model for our values and behaviours ensuring that every resident is treated with respect and empathy.
You will will be a collaborative team player recognising the value in working with colleagues within the wider housing and property services to achieve the best outcome for our residents. You will understand the regulatory and legislative framework we operate in and ensure we deliver services in line with our policies. You will be professionally curious and use data to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is a confident leader and will be able to inspire a team to provide the very best housing service.
You will have an awareness of budgets and expenditure working with the Neighbourhood Operations Manager to eliminate waste or inefficiencies along with accountability for delivery of your performance and take steps to manage any underperformance
The role involves managing a geographical spread of teams across the borough and travel to various locations will be necessary.
You will also be expected to provide support to our Emergency Telephone Service out of hours on a rota basis in line with our emergency plans.
