Regular supervision sessions are offered, supporting professional development and personal wellbeing and staff training, within the nursery day, takes place regularly throughout the year.\n\nTime dedicated for planning, preparation and to meet new key children and their families.\n<h2>About the role</h2>What you'll do; \nBuild meaningful relationships with your key children and their families. \nMaintain a clear and accurate picture of each of your key children’s interests, knowledge and skills and use this information to shape teaching and learning. \nCreate engaging, imaginative experiences that spark a love for learning. \nFoster confidence and independence. \nCollaborate with a dedicated team to design a rich, engaging environment where every child is inspired to explore. \n \nWhat you'll bring; \nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Early Years Professional Status (EYPS). \nExcellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and child development and how to deliver an effective, inclusive, and play-based curriculum. \nConsiderable experience of working in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting. \nExperience of working as part of a team as well as with other professionals and excellent knowledge of child protection and safeguarding. \n \nApply now and be part of a community where every achievement, big or small, is recognised and nurtured, helping to lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
