You will work directly with families, schools, and other partners to ensure children and young people with SEND receive appropriate, person-centred support. By coordinating services across education, health, and care, you’ll ensure holistic, high-quality delivery for each child and family.</span></p> <p><span>As a SEND Case Officer, you’ll act as a key contact for your caseload, attending planning and review meetings and responding to SEND queries. Your ability to ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and maintain timely, effective communication with all stakeholders will drive success in this role.
