Playworker

Band B/C Depending on experience

28 days annual leave with under 5 years' service or 32 days with over 5 years' service,
plus 8 bank holidays.

We are seeking to appoint a Playworker to join our dedicated wraparound care team to assist with the supervision of children in our Breakfast, After School and Holiday Club. The role involves planning and delivering an exciting range of programmes and activities for children aged 3-11, in the allocated play spaces.

We require a caring, committed individual who has the ability to work as part of the school team and inspire trust and confidence in children. An ability to use IT equipment and navigate the school MIS and booking systems is essential. Full training will be given.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, flexible and a good team player, who is dedicated to ensuring that Dragon Club is a pleasurable and safe experience for our children.

The current vacancy is for 5 days, Monday to Friday, working 4 hours per day on a split shift (Shift 1: 07:25 am - 8:45 am; Shift 2: 3:00 pm - 5:40 pm). Holiday Club shifts are 4 hours from 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm or 1pm-5pm)
