As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead in delivering planned investment programmes and managing significant construction and refurbishment projects. Overseeing budgets, you'll provide leadership to your team while effectively managing contracts, ensuring value for money and outstanding results. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, enhancing resident satisfaction and safety.
You'll lead by example, creating a high-performance culture within your team and fostering strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. With a focus on compliance, quality, and customer service, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of Peabody's investment programmes.

- A proven leader with the ability to motivate and manage professional and technical teams.
- Experienced in managing large-scale social housing or refurbishment projects.
- Knowledgeable in building construction, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in managing budgets, planning, and prioritising a diverse workload.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service and promoting a safety-first culture.
You will have:
- MRICS, CIOB, Degree, or HNC in a relevant field, or equivalent experience managing construction projects.
- Extensive experience in delivering multi-million-pound partnering contracts and leading teams.
- A strong understanding of building contracts, health and safety legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
