Help achieve outcomes for children and young people and their families in line with the Wirral plan 2025 Working for brighter futures.</p>\n<p><strong>As part of our team, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a high-quality response to emergency referrals out of normal working hours.</li>\n<li>Work a rotational shift pattern.</li>\n<li>Provide appropriate support and interventions to vulnerable adults, children and families to address safeguarding concerns.</li>\n<li>You will work alongside ERWs and with the Emergency Duty team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p>\n<p>This role will suit those who wish to utilise their existing skills and build their experience whilst supporting children and families in a wide range of crisis/emergency situations.</p>\n<p>You will be supporting and safeguarding children and families providing crisis intervention across Wirral to prevent further escalation.</p>\n<p>You may work alongside external partners and EDT,</p>\n<p>You will be part of a team with vast experience who will support you in your role and a management team who offer leadership, understanding and commitment to help you develop.</p>\n<p>Hours of Work</p>\n<p>This role is a sessional role and offers the ability for you to work flexibly.</p>\n<p> ERWs work out of hours.</p>\n<p>The ERW coordinator will allocate work to ERWs who are available to meet the demands of the service.
