However, it expected that the role will be required to attend other EP Partnership office locations within Hart and Havant as required, based on the agreed time allocation to each partner organisation. \nIn addition, the role will be expected to travel to emergency planning meetings/events at locations across Hampshire where they cannot be attended virtually. The majority of these meetings currently take place in Eastleigh. \nThe post holder will be able to work flexibly, from home for up to 50% of the time. Their home environment must therefore meet the minimum requirements contained within the DSE policy of Rushmoor Borough Council. \nIt is expected that the postholder will spend a minimum of 50% of their time on site. \nThe post holder is not expected to be on call or to routinely work evenings or weekends outside of core office hours. However, in the event of a major incident they would be expected to work flexibly to deliver an effective service.
