The role will involve building coherent and consistent engagement frameworks, identifying and mapping stakeholders and networks and working in partnership across a range of sectors to understand and access cultures, views and needs and translating this into meaningful insight and intelligence.<br><br>We are looking for the strong communicator, someone with flexible and adaptable people skills able to work with diverse groups of people ensuring that engagement is meaningful and empowering.<br><br>In this role you will utilise valuable community and business infrastructure to enhance engagement outcomes and strengthen partnership working. You will have the ability to secure support and resource from a range of different stakeholders, building strong and robust relationships across the business, voluntary and community network.
