We are looking for an experienced dual trade Joiner to cover our North West housing stock.</p>\n<p> <strong>You will be given an L&Q van for business use. It is essential to have a driving license to carry out this role and you must have your own hand tools (Power tools are provided).</strong></p>\n<p> Our Multi trade/Carpenters are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, Splice repairs, General Locksmith, bathroom Sub Floors, Bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits and Other general Maintenance repairs.</p>\n<p> Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first-time service. Limiting follow ons and increasing satisfaction.</p>\n<p> Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm in general.</p>\n<p> Out of Hours cover will also be required on rota.
