You will ensure that our works are effectively managed and where applicable, ensuring residents are consulted throughout the process and works are completed to a high quality standard, whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p>If you have proven experience of managing large scale work programmes as well as adhoc maintenance work, we are looking for:</p>\n<p>● Project management experience of planned works and large scale projects within the housing sector<br>● Customer focused with excellent communication skills<br>● Housing sector experience within either of the areas of repairs and maintenance and/or compliance related to the Housing sector<br>● Sound knowledge of building construction and technical issues<br>● Strong contract management skills including budget reporting and management<br>● Experience of housing and repairs management information systems<br>● Providing and managing resident focused services in a housing maintenance capacity</p>\n<p>If this sounds like the role you have been looking for, we look forward to receiving your application form!</p>\n<p><strong>At Adur & Worthing, we are committed to supporting care leavers, in accordance with the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children and Social Work Act 2017.
