Sefton’s Youth Justice Service (YJS) is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team permanently as a Youth Justice Service Delivery and Interventions Worker.
In addition to being suitably experienced, you will be highly motivated and passionate about working with children and young people. We welcome innovation and someone who has children and young people at the heart of what they do and demonstrates Child First principles in their practice.
In the role, you will deliver direct work to children and families as well as coordinate interventions with partners. You will support children who are subject to statutory plans as well as completing assessments and plans with children who have received Out of Court disposals. You will have experience working with partners, children, and families and be able to communicate effectively to deliver the best outcomes for children and families.
The role will be working from an office base and will include agile working within the community, you may need to work flexibly outside of core hours on occasions to meet the needs of the service.
