As an Estate Services Support Officer (Bulk Driver), you will deliver a high-quality, responsive caretaking service that consistently meets high standards. Flexibility is essential, as this role involves travelling to various locations across our portfolio. A company vehicle will be provided for travel to and from these sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cover for caretaking and gardening colleagues across all sites.
- Keep Peabody estates and blocks clean, tidy, and free from graffiti and litter, in line with local cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Report any equipment defects, vandalism, graffiti, and communal repairs to the relevant colleague or contractor.
- Work with colleagues to address anti-social behaviour (ASB) on Peabody estates, including attending monthly estate walkabouts to identify ASB hotspots and potential solutions.
- Follow company health and safety guidelines and promptly report any hazards, making areas safe where necessary.
