and create trusted relationships with families and partners and improve our communications. <br><br> You might support this or similar initiatives by: <br><br> Ensuring data recording practice in new or upgraded case management system modules are aligned with the service's reporting needs before new functionality goes live i.e. performance measures are specified up front and their supporting reports and Power BI Dashboards are developed and included in User Acceptance Testing.<ul>\n<li> Working with teams to provide the regular management information they need to make operational decisions about service delivery. </li>\n<li> Working as part of a project team to introduce new systems for example relating to real-time attendance, suspension, and exclusion data. </li>\n<li> Identifying key targets with service leads and working with them to monitor progress towards achieving them. </li>\n</ul><br><b>About you</b><br><br> <strong>Essential</strong>: <br><br> You will require:<ul>\n<li> Strong analytical skills with the ability to organise, analyse, and interpret information from a range of sources. </li>\n<li> Experience with data visualisation and ideally in using tools such as Power BI. </li>\n<li> Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail. </li>\n<li> Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of colleagues and partners including non-technical stakeholders. </li>\n<li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment </li>\n</ul><strong>Desirable</strong>:<ul><li> A knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, Inclusion and Skills or Children's Services would be an advantage but is not essential. </li></ul>We want insight and intelligence to drive improvement and operational excellence and our systems and processes to underpin our services effectively.
