Participants do not need a referral from a clinician or service to enrol. <br><br>To find out more about Compass visit: <a href=\"{{SIGN-IN-REQUIRED}}\">https://www.compassrecoverycollege.uk</a></p>\n<p><br><strong>About the Role </strong><br>This is an exciting opportunity to support people with their mental health and wellbeing, to work with vulnerable communities and to engage people before they reach crisis point. <br><br>Our workshops are varied to suit participant interests; from Understanding Stress and Anxiety, to Yoga, to Visual art, to a Walking group. <br><br>This role has scope to develop and create workshops based on the post holder’s interests and expertise.</p>\n<ol>\n<li>To work with local communities, mental health professionals and people with lived experience to co-produce and co-deliver a range of recovery focussed workshops which will support Reading’s residents’ mental health and wellbeing.</li>\n<li>Provide formalised support and practical assistance to participants in order for them to regain control over their lives and their own unique recovery process.</li>\n<li>Act as an ambassador for recovery for the Public Health and Wellbeing team, the Recovery College, and RBC with external partner organisations.</li>\n<li>Be involved in the ongoing development of the Recovery College.</li>\n<li>Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong><br></strong>You’ll be part of a team that relies on each individual to play their part to the best of their ability.
