About our School
Rowan Park School is an outstanding Special School, which supports the learning and development of children and young people aged 3 -19 years. The school has three sites; Rowan Park School for pupils aged 3-19 years with severe and complex learning difficulties, Rowan High School for pupils aged 11-19 years with a diagnosis of Autism and The Rowan Tree for Reception and Year 1 pupils’ who have a diagnosis of autism and learning difficulties.
The Role
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about improving outcomes for young people with Special Educational Needs.
Securing the right person with the ambition, innovation, motivation and leadership expertise is our paramount objective.
As a member of the senior leadership team you will provide support to the Headteacher and support the management and development of the school in order to promote improved educational outcomes for the children.

Although primarily based at Rowan Park School, the successful applicant will be expected to work across sites when necessary.
