About the role

We are determined to transform our digital landscape and enhance customer experiences across all council services.
As the Director of IT, Digital and Customer Services, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive forward the Council’s digital transformation.
You will lead a hard-working team, informing the design and delivery of digital solutions that will improve how we interact with our residents. Your strategic vision will shape the future of our IT Digital and customer services, ensuring we continually improve how we interact with our residents and our community.
