It is important that you attend all dates of the training programme. Trainee Learning Mentor’s will have weekly check-ins, and the conditional offer of a permanent role is dependent on progress over the three week period and class feedback.</p>\n<p>If you are offered a permanent role at the end of this training programme, you will then start as a full-time, permanent Learning Mentor on the 17<sup>th</sup> March 2025, with a salary of £23,539 per year. The salary will be split evenly between 12 months, and you will only be required to work during school term time (having half-terms, Easter, Summer, and Christmas off).</p>\n<p>Our training programme will include induction training which has been designed in strategic partnership with two leading UK universities, and you will also observe our skilled team of pupil facing staff deliver the highest quality of education. You will shadow our Learning Mentors, who work with pupils both individually and in small groups supporting them to overcome barriers to learning, delivering teaching, providing positive behaviour support and delivering other focused interventions. You will learn about supporting pupils through every aspect of daily school life.
