Key responsibilities include: · Leading the development, growth, and sustainability of a viable SEND curriculum, with a focus on driving improvements across the allocated areas and contributing to the overall success of the College. · Ensuring quality control in allocated areas by managing Tutors, Assessors, and IQAs (including sessional tutors), and supporting them to consistently deliver exceptional learning experiences. · Building and maintaining partnerships with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders to support the Curriculum Mission and Vision, the College's Strategic Plan, and the Council's Corporate Plan.
