To support this work, we are looking for someone who; <ul> <li> Has exceptional skills in working with children and families, </li> <li> Is able to create a safe, warm and caring learning environment, both indoors and outdoors, which will inspire children to unlock their full potential, </li> <li> Is able to work as a team to plan groups, events and creches, deliver and evaluate high quality care, education and learning experiences for children </li> <li>We are looking for an individual who is passionate about giving children and young people the best start in life, and who possesses the following skills and experience:</li> </ul><br> <br><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong><ul> <li>Relevant Level 3 Early Years / Youth qualification essential</li> <li>Maths and English GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent. The Role
