As a Team Manager you will need to ensure that the work of your team is compliant with statutory requirements and that you play a key role in shaping and delivering services for households in housing need, keeping abreast of new initiatives and caselaw and working in partnership to maximise positive outcomes for customers.</p>\n<p>You will be required to work under pressure managing one of five generic teams responsible for offering essential and holistic front-line services by finding practical and long-term housing solutions for those homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will provide strong leadership and ensure staff are competent in working within statutory requirements.</p>\n<h3>About you</h3>\n<p>To be considered for this role, you must have extensive understanding of housing and homelessness legislation. You will require excellent people management skills; managing a diverse team covering a broad range of duties to find housing solutions for homeless applicants or those at risk of homelessness.
