The senior leadership team at Poulton Lancelyn Primary School are looking for an inspirational and dedicated person to lead the school holiday club. The role is to manage a creative team to deliver our popular out-ofterm school club. We have approximately 20 children attending daily.
The successful candidate will be a leader who can inspire children and
team members. They will be an organised individual who can manage
people, time and tasks. Full working knowledge of relevant safeguarding
policies, codes and practices is essential.
Hours of Work:
Holiday Club is from 8am until 5pm daily in each school holiday. Additional
hours will be provided for administration time before and after the club
period. The manager would not necessarily have to work on site every day
of the club; this will depend on the experience and qualifications of other
staff on rota each day.
Holiday club runs for the whole of the summer holiday, half terms (October,
February and May), Spring holidays (April x2 weeks) and for the period of
the Christmas holiday after New Years Eve. The club does not run between
Christmas and New Year.
Salary:
The successful candidate will be paid at Band C, scale point 5
