Officers are expected to develop and maintain relationships with Local Authorities and Accommodation Providers.\nApplicants should have experience of inspecting properties, including HMOs, have an excellent knowledge of management standards. Candidates should ideally be from a Local Authority Private Sector Housing background or similar.\nYou must have the right to work in the UK.
