We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant HR Business Partner to join our HR and OD Team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a 9 Month, Fixed Term Contract.

As the Assistant HR Business Partner, you will play a fundamental role supporting our HR Business Partners who have a specific responsibility to lead service delivery aligned to the Corporate Delivery Plan within a dedicated business area. This will include meeting service objectives and strategies, supporting our managers and developing the HR offer in areas such as policy development and research.
Experience of working within a local government environment would be highly advantageous but most of all we’re looking for HR Professionals that have enthusiasm and passion for our profession.
