We are seeking four Application Business Leads to join our Product and Delivery team. These roles will focus on driving the development and maintenance of key business applications across the following sectors:

About you
Candidates should have demonstrable experience in business management within an IT environment and strong project management skills. The role requires excellent communication abilities to consult, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the council.
The successful candidate will be adept at leading and managing cross-departmental system support teams while handling competing demands. They should possess strong conceptual thinking skills to analyse complex problems and relate them to established models or past experiences.
A strategic mindset is essential, ensuring overall objectives remain a priority without getting lost in unnecessary details. An Agile or PRINCE2 qualification, or equivalent relevant experience is desirable.

- Housing (1x Position)
- CRM (2x Positions, 1x permanent, 1x FTC)
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical analysis activities to identify and implement solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
- Producing detailed technical analysis based on service requirements and translating them into specifications and deliverables.
- Managing requests for change, ensuring clear and validated requirements are established.
- Collaborating with services, partners, and third-party suppliers to support the development of robust solutions.
- Ensuring applications remain aligned with best practices and industry standards.
